My appointment was at 9:30. I was out of there at 10:05 with all stats reviewed and a few referrals based on my concerns and more. I left feeling a clean bill of health had been addressed.

This doctor is clearly good at her work. She is very willing ti hear you out She asks questions and very supportive of ehat tests beed to ve ran. I had 2 problems though
1. They forgot to tell me to wear a mask and they didn't have one to give me. The young lady was pleasant but then told me to ask around through the building for a mask.
3. The doctor doesn't do pap smears any more. This was one of my main reason for having my physical so that was disappointing.

I think my wait time for my appointment was too long. My appointment was 945 and I didn’t see the doctor until 1025.. But everything was explained to me thoroughly

Dr. Kimberly Bolling has always been an excellent provider. However, I suggest the medical assistants/ nurses to practice better patient care. I came in today with level 9 back pain in which I arrived on time for my appointment and they had me standing outside for an additional 10 min. When the waiting room was empty. And then proceeded to say I needed a mask to come in which was not indicated prior to my arrival . Therefore, I had to go back downstairs to retrieve a mask ( with back pain) you would expect the facility to have additional on hand if needed.

Excellent staffing and Doctor care. Dr. Bolling is very in knowledgeable, reviews testing and ask freat questions to help patients be comfortable with care and medication compliance. She is the best primary care provider.
